The 17th Annual Stainless Works Cavalcade of Stars presented by Budweiser is going to be bigger and better than ever, June 2-4, 2023 at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio!

The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event is beloved for boasting Top Alcohol Dragster, Top Alcohol Funny Car, Top Dragster, Top SportsmanR&R Auto Body and DeCerbo Construction Rumble Wars Extreme 8 and an amazing array of Sportsman cars!

Fans will also be treated to tantalizing performances from Hayden Proffitt and his jet engine-powered truck, Ernie Bogue and his Beast From the East jet dragster and Russ Glover and his Chicago Rush jet dragster. Steve Harper will be in the pit area with the Cool Bus he purchased from Ken Nelson's family, and while he won't go wheels-up at this event as he is completing his NHRA licensing requirements, he will at the 46th Annual Cornwell Tools Night Under Fire on Aug. 5!

Bader Family Signature Fireworks will be part of Saturday Night of Fire, and as always, fans will have opportunities to hang out with their favorite, or soon-to-be favorite, sportsman racers.

TONS OF TOP ALCOHOL DRAGSTERS

Top Alcohol Dragsters, with their long and narrow wheelbases, will travel down track at over 280 mph, wowing fans in the process.

THRILLING TOP ALCOHOL FUNNY CARS

Top Alcohol Funny Cars are a sight to see with their bodies propped when they're not on the track, and as they sail to 260 mph and even faster when they're on the track.

EXCITING JET DRAGSTERS

Ernie Bogue and his Beast from the East jet dragster and Russ Glover and his Chicago Rush jet dragster will put on dramatic shows when they bump into the beams and blast down track with flames flying from the back of their vehicles.

COMPELLING SPORTSMAN COMPETITION

Sportsman racers will come from various states across the country, and Canada, for super-close competition in categories including Comp Eliminator, Top Sportsman, Top Dragsters, Stock, Super Stock, Super Comp, Super Gas and Super Street.

APPROACHABLE RACERS

Racers at the annual Stainless Works Cavalcade of Stars presented by Budweiser are famous for talking to fans about how they got into racing, how they are doing in competition and more. Many fans even walk away with autographs and photos.

SATURDAY NIGHT OF FIRE

Nighttime qualifying, exhibition vehicles and the Bader Family Signature Fireworks will bring all of Saturday's action and activities to an amazing end. Make plans to stay through the end of Saturday's program to discover all of the ways in which it has become a fan-favorite over the years!

Named Track of the Year 22 times by the NHRA, IHRA and NMCA, Summit Motorsports Park works hard to welcome racers and race fans to a well-kept facility at each and every event.

The grounds are clean, the parking lots are well-lit and paved and grass pit areas are offered.

Permanent bathrooms are maintained at all times during events, and some have showers. Portable bathrooms also are available.

Throughout clean, comfortable and convenient dining areas, guests will find breakfast, lunch and dinner selections, including burgers, sandwiches, pizza and stromboli, as well as fries, nachos and hot pretzels, among other favorites. Various beverages are available, including water, pop, coffee, Budweiser beer and more. 

Wild Bill's Ice Cream Saloon, where a pint of Velvet ice cream costs $3, is a popular place to stop in the dining area. Ice cream is available in Original Vanilla, Butter Pecan & Cashew, Dutch Chocolate, Buckeye Classic, Cookies 'N Cream, Moose Tracks and Raspberry Fudge Cordial.

The Quarter Mile Clothing Company is stocked with apparel, souvenirs, novelty items and much more.

Fuel pumps, firewood, golf cart rentals from Dornan's Sales and Service, car parts and water hauling are available at most events. 

Guest Service locations are prominently placed in the park.
