Team Summit Motorsports Park Ready for NHRA North Central Division Summit ET Racing Series Team Finals in Norwalk
We have a powerful team in place for the event from Sept. 12-14 at Summit Motorsports Park.

Racers shine while showing their skills in the Edelbrock Super Series at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio.

They want to win, they work hard, and when the road in front of them starts to get rocky, they strengthen their resolve.

Acquiring those attributes throughout 2024 are the racers who qualified to represent Summit Motorsports Park at the 2024 NHRA North Central Division Summit ET Racing Series Team Finals. They are Edelbrock Super Pro racers Scott Sill, Justin Hardy, Brian Spring, Adam Albright, Jono Gerber, Frankie McCullough, Jim Zatorschke, John Boes and Dennis Rock; Edelbrock Pro racers Nick Hastings, Andy Innes, Vic Ellinger, Joe Childs, Brian Green, Nathan Schultze, Rick Cole, Jr., Jeff Hura and Steven Davenport; Wiseco/CycleTech Super Bike racers Matt Short, Kevin Adams, Craig Adams, Jason Keller and AJ Jester; Edelbrock Sportsman Delivered on Time by TFC Transportation racers Nick Hastings, Jeff Pishner, Mitch Williams, Tom Miller, Jr., Larry Strohscher, Cameron Groff, Bob Spishak, Jeremy Murray and Lance Oberg; NHRA Junior Street racer Lucas Sowers and High School racer Brandon Buchanan. EV is to be determined.

“You could see, and feel, the passion that these racers put into their programs at each and every race this year,” said Bill Bader, Summit Motorsports Park president. “They set goals, and then they set out to accomplish them. Through their enviable efforts, they earned their spots on this very special team, and we applaud their awe-inspiring achievements. We know them well enough to know that they are eager to compete against some of the best racers in the country at the 2024 NHRA North Central Division Summit ET Racing Series Team Finals, and as they do, they will have the support of our Summit Motorsports Park family.”

In addition to Summit Motorsports Park, which earned the 2023 Team Championship and also celebrated James Ring’s win in Sportsman, NHRA North Central Division member tracks include Byron Dragway, Coles County Dragway, World Wide Technology Raceway, Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, Wabash Valley Dragway, Wagler Motorsports Park, Beech Bend Raceway Park, Ohio Valley Dragway, Milan Dragway, Edgewater Motorsports Park and National Trail Raceway.

Racers who qualified to represent their member track will be part of history at the prestigious event from Sept. 12-14 as it moves from its previous longtime home at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park in Indiana to Summit Motorsports Park. Making it even more rewarding, winners will advance to the NHRA Nevada Nationals, scheduled from Oct. 31-Nov. 3 at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, to race toward a World Championship.
