American Race Cars Selected as Official Car Builder of Summit Motorsports Park
The company's slogan is “Champions Built Here!"
Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio is revved up to report that American Race Cars is the Official Car Builder of Summit Motorsports Park for 2019.

American Race Cars, whose slogan is “Champions Built Here!”, was started in 2004 by Mark Horton, a former IHRA Super Rod champion, and Travis Colangelo, a multi-time bracket winner, and is based in Port Clinton, Ohio.

Committed to customer service and focused on being a fixture in the chassis-building business, the company has become famous for fabricating durable and dependable dragsters for sportsman racers across the country.

At Summit Motorsports Park, reigning Edelbrock Super Pro champion Steven Schmidt, and drivers Eric Manuel, Chris Bear and Randy Scheuer Jr. are among those who showcase the style and strength of American Race Cars-built dragsters every time they fire up and fly down track.

American Race Cars will further be in the spotlight through specially-made signage throughout Summit Motorsports Park and through displays at several signature events at Summit Motorsports Park.

“American Race Cars and Summit Motorsports Park have a long history together, and we couldn’t be happier to welcome the company as the Official Car Builder of Summit Motorsports Park for 2019,” said Bill Bader Jr., president of Summit Motorsports Park. “We share the same commitment to customer service and the same passion for motorsports, and that makes this a prime partnership.”
