HOT ROD Power Tour 2019 Concludes at Summit Motorsports Park

Chevrolet Performance presents the HOT ROD Power Tour, driven by Continental Tire, celebrating 25 years in 2019 and once again rolling through the heartland of hot rod culture including stops at three first-time venues and a special return to Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio, where the inaugural HOT ROD Power Tour concluded in 1995. It’s more than just a traveling car show–it’s the largest hot rod road trip in the world. Classic cars and hot rods travel city to city, over 1,300 miles, enjoying the people and stops along the way. The highly anticipated seven-day, seven-city journey is expected to bring together more than 6,000 vehicles and 100,000-plus spectators, June 8-14, 2019. Those interested in joining the excitement can register now at hotrod.com/events/power-tour.

HOT ROD Power Tour welcomes all makes and models of hot rods, street rods, custom trucks, muscle cars, and performance machines of every vintage and nameplate. For many, HOT ROD Power Tour is the ultimate vacation with friends and family. Those who travel from start to finish are considered the “Long Haulers,” a title they proudly boast. The 2019 HOT ROD Power Tour anticipates more than 2,500 long-haul vehicles and over 4,000 “Long Haulers” on tour.

The tour concludes at Summit Motorsports Park in Norwalk, Ohio on Friday, June 14.

The HOT ROD Power Tour brings significant impact to the economies of each of its tour stops. Hotels, restaurants, nightclubs, bars, gas stations, museums, local attractions, etc. will benefit as they play host to tour participants who are relaxed and enjoying the lifestyle of the ultimate hot rodding journey. The HOT ROD Power Tour annually attracts participants from around the world who plan for months or even years to make the trip, and they come prepared to make each stop a memorable experience. 

Spectator admission is free. Participants may register a vehicle for just one day, two days, or the entire event. Vehicle registration is open to any year, make, or model. Registration is open now athotrod.com/events/power-tour. Pricing is as follows:

  • Long Hauler Registration: $149 Pre-reg / $180 After June 1 & Onsite. Includes vehicle entry to all venues, two credentials, one goody bag, long hauler finisher plaque (will receive if checked into all stops), long hauler finisher certificate.
  • Multi-day Registration: $129 Pre-reg / $160 After June 1 & Onsite. Includes vehicle entry at all venues, two credentials, one goody bag.
  • Single day Registration: $45 Pre-reg / $50 After June 1 & Onsite. Includes vehicle entry at one venue, exclusive license plate, and dash plaque.

The HOT ROD Power Tour is also open to spectators to come out and witness the spectacle. Spectator entry and parking are free.
