A wonderful weekend is being planned for the 2022 Summit Motorsports Park Edelbrock Super Series champions and those who are celebrating with them!

Please mark your calendar and join us for the Edelbrock Banquet of Champions presented by Lincoln Electric, over the weekend of Jan. 27-29, 2023 at the completely remodeled Sawmill Creek Resort by Cedar Point Resorts in Huron, Ohio!

On Friday at Summit Motorsports Park’s Official Host Facility, gather for a party featuring fellowship, fun, live music by Juice, drinks.

On Saturday, be part of a Seminar, Bill Bader Jr.’s State of the Union, Bingo packed with more than $10,000 in prizes and charcuterie board-making with Cutie Board Chick.

Also on Saturday is the main event, the Edelbrock Banquet of Champions presented by Lincoln Electric, which will be majestic and momentous, and memories will be made!

The celebration will continue with a lively after-party with family, friends fellow racers, live music by Trainwreck and drinks.

The new Sawmill Creek Resort is ready to welcome the Summit Motorsports Park family into its overhauled banquet and convention areas, restaurants, nightclub and public spaces. Even the guest rooms offer new mattresses, pillows, bedding and wall coverings!

Cleveland-based Juice will perform a mix of rock, blues and country covers to kick off the weekend during the Racers' Party on Friday, Jan. 27 in Waterleaf at Sawmill Creek Resort. The band is amped up to play the tunes for Summit Motorsports Park racers and race fans.

Trainwreck Country Band is popular among Summit Motorsports Park racers and race fans, as the band has performed at plenty of events for Summit Motorsports Park. The members are ready to entertain everyone on Saturday, Jan. 28 in Waterleaf at Sawmill Creek Resort.

CARL KEIL, 2022 SUMMIT MOTORSPORTS PARK EDELBROCK SUPER PRO CHAMPION

Carl Keil was consistent and close to his dial, pass after pass, in his dragster on his way to the 2022 Summit Motorsports Park Edelbrock Super Pro championship. He also won in Super Pro at the NHRA North Central Division Summit Racing Series ET Finals in September at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park, and became a Summit Racing Series ET World Champion after winning at the NHRA Summit Racing Series National Championship at the Dodge//SRT NHRA Nationals presented by Pennzoil in October at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Carl capped off the year by being named 2022 Summit Racing Series ET Driver of the Year at the NHRA North Central Division 54th Annual Awards Banquet on Dec. 10 at Wyndham Indianapolis West.

A.J. BUCHANAN, 2022 SUMMIT MOTORSPORTS PARK EDELBROCK PRO CHAMPION

A.J. Buchanan has proven that he can wheel to wins in any car that he drives, and he did just that in his father's Mustang on his way to capturing the 2022 Summit Motorsports Park Edelbrock Pro championship.

JEREMY HICKS, 2022 SUMMIT MOTORSPORTS PARK WISECO/CYCLE TECH SUPER BIKE CHAMPION

Jeremy Hicks faced a fierce field of fellow riders en route to earning the 2022 Summit Motorsports Park Wiseco/Cycle Tech Super Bike championship.

CODIE BALCOM, 2022 SUMMIT MOTORSPORTS PARK EDELBROCK SPORTSMAN DELIVERED ON TIME BY TFC TRANSPORTATION CHAMPION

Codie Balcom made some very clever moves on his way to capturing the 2022 Summit Motorsports Park Edelbrock  Sportsman Delivered on Time by TFC Transportation championship, and a week later, he earned the win in the Sunoco Sportsman Race of Champions while representing Team Summit Motorsports Park in September at the NHRA North Central Division 3 Summit Racing Series ET Finals at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.

LOGAN BUCKLEY, 2022 SUMMIT MOTORSPORTS PARK BEAR MOTORSPORTS ADVANCED JUNIOR DRAGSTER PRESENTED BY WISECO CHAMPION

Logan Buckley, who comes from a family of fine racers, had solid advice on his path to the 2022 Summit Motorsports Park Bear Motorsports Advanced Junior Dragster presented by Wiseco championship.
