Record Number of Racers Travel to this year's Quick Fuel Technology Halloween Classic

Under sunny skies, a record number of racers traveled from more than 15 states and Canada, to be one of the first one’s in the gate Sunday morning at 8am to set up their pit areas for the start of this year’s Quick Fuel Technology Halloween Classic presented by Harland Sharp.

To kick off the event,, a new FREE online service for folks to buy and sell vehicles and items that belong in the garage, sponsored the No Box and Box Gamblers races.  Matt Obertanec, Brackenridge, PA and Will Crawford, Saline, MI, started the week off on the right foot by winning their respective classes.  

Today the track will sit dormant, but tonight a racer pizza party and bonfire sponsored by Gordon Food Services will begin promptly at 6pm.  At the same time, the ever-popular “Candy Corn Hole Tournament” presented by Moto Lenz Photos and Gardner’s Super Valu will take place.  All spots have been filled for more than a month now, but everyone is welcome to come hang out and cheer on their friends.
