A triple treat weekend!
NORWALK, Ohio – Be at Summit Motorsports Park June 21-23, 2013 for the thrills, agony and drama of three full days of racing in the No Box Bonanza weekend.
Who will show up for each race? And what fine wheels will they drive?
In 2012 Warren Smith, Temperance, Mich., won the Friday race in his flashy 1968 Camaro; Vic Ellinger, Cleveland, won the Saturday race in his classy black 1980 Bestone Volvo; and Randy Biddle Jr., Wheeling, W.Va., revisited his home track and won on Sunday in a honey of a 1979 Malibu.
Ask those guys how much fun they had in the No Box Bonanza – going rounds, collecting win lights, feeling a winner's circle splash, winning cash!
Each racer pays $99 to race for the entire weekend. Each race day is a separate race, so the slate is fresh and clean every morning for a new start.
Gates open at 8 a.m. Time trials start at 9 a.m.
Not a morning person? On Friday and Saturday eliminations start at 3 p.m. Sunday eliminations start at noon.
Here’s a Summit Motorsports Park Challenge: Nobody has ever won all three days of the No Box Bonanza. Will you be the one to break the mold?
And look at the buy back offer. If you lose first round, you can pay $25 and buy your way back into round two, all three days. These are second chances times three!
The weekend admission for crews and adult spectators is $40; for a child age 6-12, $10.
The $30,900 purse includes the winner’s prize of $2,000 on Friday, and $5,000 on each race Saturday and Sunday. Payout goes back to the 32nd round.
