How does it work?
The R&R Auto Body “Paint My Ride” program uses an innovative scoring formula that rewards a racer’s consistency and performance over the entire racing season. To win a custom paint job a racer must have the best overall score factoring in reaction time, and their dial-in vs. actual E.T. It is similar to a major league pitcher’s ERA where the lowest score is best. A racer must have a minimum of 15 rounds to have their score considered and “foul,” or redlight, runs do not count.
Racers will enter their OWN round-by-round data using an online form at SummitMotorsportsPark.com/rr. Racers will receive an e-mail confirmation of the data entered. An audit process will be enforced an entering incorrect data may be grounds for disqualification. Data must be entered by 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday following a Mr. Gasket Super Series race. Results will be posted to this page as soon as the data is avialable. To be eligible you must run "Paint My Ride” decals in specified location for the entire season! Racers who are members of Summit Motorsports Park’s Finish Line Club, and race any
classes are eligible. These classes include Mallory Super Pro, Mr. Gasket Pro, Wiseco/Cycle Tech Super Bike, Accel Sportsman, and Bear Motorsports Junior Dragsters presented by Wiseco. There are a total of 12 points races in the 2013 racing season where racers’ performance will count toward the R&R Auto Body “Paint My Ride” program.
To join the Finish Line Club, a racer needs to contact Customer Service at Summit Motorsports Park. The cost is just $60 per class and also qualifies a racer to be eligible for the Mr. Gasket $53,000 + Super Series points fund as well as hundreds of thousands of dollars in contingency payments.
